1919: The Starting

Deves Leon toured France as a "companion" in the Drôme Elboeuf up to Rouen or Paris. After the war he moved to Brune in 1919 where he worked as a blacksmith. He added to his business repairing and selling of agricultural machinery.

DEVES Leon is the founder of the family business that year.

1953: Production

On 1 January 1953, his son Marc took over. To previous activities he immediately adds the manufacture of agricultural equipment, saws, harrows and especially agricultural trailers.

1962: Trailers Park

In 1962, Marc Deves transfers the craft workshop on land of more than one hectare in a building of 400 square meters.

That year, the company's business is directed towards the manufacture of trailers for green space. At that time, these trailers are a new market for the company.

From 1962 to 1970 the company grows and the plant expansion is continuing under the leadership of Marc and his wife Aline Deves.

1968: First step to export

From 1968, Devès Company spread the commercial area with export. Thanks to Yves Devès, he started to prospect outside our border as he came into the company.

Nowadays, export represent 25% of Turnover, in 35 different countries. Devès trailers work in collaboration with great brands of agricultural tractors.

Stability and development

Deves Marc and Yves Deves apply these values in the management of the company: Prudence, Wisdom and Easy.

This has allowed institutions to develop sustainable Deves activity farm trailers. But they also expands the range of products to meet customer expectations.

The company became known through trade fairs and participates every year at SIMA, SITEVI, Innovagri...

Nowadays...

With new high-tech means design (CAD) and manufacturing (welding and bending robot, laser), the company is more competitive than ever.
